Selling from your own site.
Online shop
An online shop is not a second project alongside your website, it is part of it: the same design, the same address, the same upkeep. We build the scope your range actually needs, from a handful of products to variants, shipping rules and stock levels.
What is included
- Product catalogue with categories, filters and search
- Cart and checkout without detours, on the phone as well
- Connection to an established payment provider of your choice
- Order confirmation for your customers and a notification for you, automatically
- Mandatory details built in: prices, shipping costs, delivery times, right of withdrawal
- An introduction so you can add and edit products yourself
Three scopes
The effort depends on the range, not on good intentions. That is why a shop is quoted in three scopes, so you do not pay for functions your range does not need.
Lean start
A small, fixed range without variants.
from €1,000 net
€1,190 including VAT
- Up to around ten products
- One payment method
- Flat-rate shipping costs
- Orders reach you by email
Usual scope
The normal case for a business that sells online in earnest.
from €1,400 net
€1,666 including VAT
- Larger range with categories and filters
- Several payment methods
- Order confirmations and status emails for your customers
- You maintain products yourself, introduction included
Larger scope
Ranges with variants, rules and stock levels.
from €2,000 net
€2,380 including VAT
- Variants such as size, colour or quantity
- Shipping rules by weight, value or destination country
- Stock levels with a warning before something sells out
- Prepared for a connection to inventory or shipping systems
These amounts always come on top of a website package, which starts at €1,200 net. A shop on its own is not offered, because without the site around it half the picture is missing.
All figures net, plus 19 % German VAT. The binding fixed price is agreed after the initial conversation, before any cost arises.
Why the shop belongs to the website rather than beside it
A shop needs the same things as any company site: a home page explaining who is selling, ways to get in touch, an imprint and a privacy policy. Run separately, you end up maintaining two presences, paying twice and sending customers back and forth between them. That is why a shop here always comes on top of a website package, under the same address, in the same design and with the same access.
What determines the effort
Not the number of clicks, but the structure of the range. Ten products with fixed prices and flat shipping are set up quickly. As soon as there are variants, shipping costs depend on the destination or stock levels have to be right, the effort grows in exactly those places. The three scopes above reflect that. Which one applies to you we work out in the first conversation, based on your product list rather than a guess.
Payment, shipping and inventory
For payments we integrate an established provider with whom you hold your own account. You settle their fees directly with them, they do not run through us and we add nothing on top. Shipping costs are set up the way you actually ship: flat, by weight or by destination. A connection to existing inventory or shipping software is possible and quoted separately, because the effort depends entirely on the system in question.
Legal texts: what comes from you and what we build in
A shop carries more mandatory information than a company site: unit prices, shipping costs, delivery times, the withdrawal policy and its sample form. Implementing all of that is part of the project. The texts themselves, in particular the terms and the withdrawal policy, come from you, from a lawyer or from a specialised service. We do not draft legal texts and we do not give legal advice, but we build everything in properly and in the right place.
Who this is for
- Retailers who want to offer their range outside opening hours as well
- Small manufacturers and direct sellers with a fixed, manageable range
- Businesses that sell only through marketplaces and are tired of the fees
- Service providers selling vouchers, courses or digital products
- Existing shops built in a website builder that have hit its limits
What it looks like
A fully clickable example with a range, filters and a cart is part of our example websites.
