Your questions, our answers

Do you have questions about web design? Then you are in the right place. Our FAQ covers what clients ask us most often: why a good website makes the difference today, which services we take on and what to expect. If your question is not here, just get in touch. We are happy to advise you with no obligation.

Why does a good website matter so much today?
For most people your website is the first contact with your company, often long before the first conversation. It decides within seconds whether you come across as professional and trustworthy. A well-considered site also takes work off your hands by answering common questions up front and delivering qualified enquiries.
Which services does WEKAS offer?
We cover five areas: modern web design, brand design, SEO optimisation, process automation and digital marketing. You can commission everything as a package or pick individual areas, depending on what you already have. On request we take on content such as copy and image selection entirely.
What does a website from WEKAS cost?
The price depends on scope and functionality. A compact company website sits in a different range than an online shop with connected inventory. You always receive a binding fixed-price quote that you know in advance. You can get a first indication directly in the enquiry form.
How long does it take until my website is finished?
A classic company website is usually online within three to six weeks, larger projects accordingly later. In our experience the biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback arrive. If we handle the content, it tends to move considerably faster.
Can I maintain my website myself later on?
Yes. On request you get a simple editing area where you can change text, images and posts yourself without technical knowledge, along with a short introduction. If you would rather not deal with it, we handle maintenance as part of an ongoing arrangement.
How can the success of a website be measured?
What counts is conversion: how many visitors actually become enquiries, calls or purchases? We set up privacy-compliant reporting that makes exactly this visible, and derive concrete improvements from it.
How does the review process work during the build?
You get a link to a preview version of your website. It holds the current drafts, and you leave your notes right at the spot in question. That way we know exactly what needs doing and where. We reply at the same spot and mark the point as done once the change is live. You can see what is still open at any time.
